Hello everyone! I’m Jim (a native to Las Vegas since birth!), and I’m excited to share a bit about what drives me and my vision for our community. Building a thriving environment rooted in hard work, family values, and genuine friendships is what I’m all about. When folks need guidance or support, I strive to be the go-to person they can rely on. My goal has always been to create a space where everyone feels valued and uplifted.
What truly sets me apart is my unwavering belief that everyone deserves the best—not just for me and my family, but for my customers and the entire team as well. I’m passionate about ensuring that those around me experience happiness, wealth, and love. To me, success isn’t only about personal achievements; it’s about lifting others up and fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. I live by the philosophy that no one gets left behind under my watch.
When I’m not working towards these goals, in my spare time, I love unwinding by playing pool or Golden Tee, but my favorite moments are those spent hanging out with my kids, friends, and of course, my wonderful wife. These moments keep me grounded and remind me of what truly matters.
Meeting customers face-to-face has truly been an amazing adventure for me. Each interaction is a unique opportunity to connect, share stories, and build lasting relationships. I’ve had the privilege of watching many of my customers grow alongside me, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see how our paths intertwine over time.
These personal connections have allowed us to create a sense of community that goes beyond just business. Many customers have become friends, cheering me on as I navigate challenges and celebrate triumphs. Corinne
A native to Las Vegas since birth, I’ve had the joy of working side-by-side with my husband, Jim, for over 20 years, and what a journey it has been! Before we embarked on this entrepreneurial adventure together, I built my career in the hotel industry, providing five-star service at iconic places like Siegfried and Roy, the Danny Gans Theatre, and the Bellagio front desk. That experience taught me the importance of genuine hospitality and connecting with people, which I carry into everything I do.
In 2010, after being happily married for over 9 years, I took the leap with Jim when he decided to start his own business. I knew that with his knowledge and my expertise in customer service, we could reach for the stars—and we have!
At home, I’m the proud mom of four wonderful children and the loving fur mom of two adorable French Bulldogs, Millie and Maggie. Our house is often buzzing with laughter and chaos, but it’s filled with so much love and warmth. I love a clean home and a good glass of wine, which add to my sense of happiness and tranquility. Plus, I can’t resist adding a splash of my favorite color—yellow—into our lives!
In the workplace, I take on the role of “momma bear.” I genuinely care about my team and strive to cultivate a positive environment where everyone feels supported and valued. I love organizing team-building events like escape rooms, murder mysteries, and even attending Golden Knights games. Building strong, long-lasting friendships among coworkers is so important to me!
As I look ahead, I envision a bright future for Serv-All—one where collaboration and joy pave the way for lasting success for generations to come. With the philosophy of “happy team, happy customers, happy owners,” I believe we all win together! I am truly grateful for the amazing customers we’ve been blessed with so far and look forward to welcoming many more into our family! Working with my incredible team transcends traditional business; it’s about cultivating a fulfilling experience filled with support, laughter, and endless possibilities. I’m deeply thankful for this remarkable journey!

I’m originally from Los Angeles, where I graduated from City of Angels and completed a trade in cosmetology. A year ago, I took a leap of faith and moved to Las Vegas on my own—no family, no friends—just a strong belief in myself and what I’m capable of. Joining Serv-All was a turning point for me. For the first time, I feel truly seen, supported, and part of a team that feels like family.
I’m big on growth and always pushing myself to become the best version of me. One of my biggest goals is to build something of my own as an entrepreneur. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen cooking or enjoying time with the people I love.
Michelle
Michelle Sandoval was born in Garden Grove, California, but has called Las Vegas home since 1980. She completed all of her education in Nevada and has built a successful career holding various management and supervisory positions. Michelle is happily married to her husband Steve, and this year they will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. Together, they have two beautiful children. When she’s not at work, Michelle enjoys entertaining, cooking, and going on cruises.
Sarah
Sarah Godwin is a proud native of Las Vegas, Nevada, where she graduated from Del High School. Since 2021, Sarah has been a valued member of the Serv-All family, excelling in customer service, scheduling appointments, and selling top-notch water treatment solutions. Sarah is passionate about her work and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. In her free time, she enjoys creating memorable moments with her family and spending time with her fur babies.
Melwin (Mel) (on the far left side)
Mel is from the Bronx, New York, born in Puerto Rico, and a proud graduate of Peekskill High School. Family means everything to him, and his biggest personal goals are to buy his own home, put his kids through college, and watch them grow into amazing adults.
When he’s out in the field, he takes pride in delivering the best customer service possible—he believes going the extra mile makes all the difference. When he’s not working, you’ll find him diving into his favorite video games, playing with his dog, and catching up on sleep whenever he can—because we all need those moments to recharge!

Nick Reese is a dedicated professional originally from San Luis Obispo, California. After graduating from high school in California, he moved to Las Vegas in 2001 to pursue new opportunities. Nick is committed to personal growth and excellence, always striving to be the best he can be and embracing every opportunity to learn and improve.
One of Nick’s proudest achievements is earning his WQA Certified Installer certification, reflecting his expertise and commitment to high standards in his field. Beyond his professional life, Nick has a passion for painting, enjoys tackling challenging puzzles, and finds inspiration in music. His well-rounded interests and drive for continuous improvement make him a valued contributor in both personal and professional settings.

Originally from Las Vegas and with a background in dental hygiene, Mark is a devoted husband and father committed to raising empowered kids and supporting his wife in pursuing her college dreams.
He believes in “work hard, play hard” and treats everyone as he’d like to be treated in his own home. Providing exceptional customer service brings him joy, and he’s grateful for the positive feedback from those who welcome him into their spaces.
In his free time, he loves working on his home and creating memories on family vacations.
