Once again, I feel the need to rave about the service from Serv-all Water Conditioning. A month after installation, we discovered a slight drainage issue. Jim came out and diagnosed the problem and set up a time to return with parts to resolve the issue. He came back and fixed the issue and then bought parts and fixed a related problem with our washing machine drainage! Plus - gave me more softener salt! Cannot say enough good things about Ser-All and Tech Jim. Friendly-courtious and efficient Highly recommend !!
